THE 2ND PARLIAMENT OF 45 SEATS: 30 ELECTED & 15 APPOINTED (THE CONGRESS WAS CANCELED KEEPING ONLY THE PARLIAMENT AS A UNIQUE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY) (THIS PARLIAMENT WAS DISMISSED ON 1932) 

THE CONSTITUTION WAS SUSPENDED FROM 1932 - 1934 WHICH MEANS THAT NO PARLIAMENT EXISTED DURING THAT PERIOD MOUNT LEBANON PROVINCE 

THE VOTERS IN MOUNT LEBANON PROVINCE WERE NAMED BY APPOINTMENT & ARE CALLED "REPRESENTATIVES", SO THAT THEY ELECT BY DISTRIBUTING THEIR VOTES ON THE 8 SEATS OF THE SECTS IN THIS PROVINCE
