The
announcement of Amal Movement and Hezbollah's list will be
during the anniversary of the Missed Imam Sadr, on Thursday.
President Nabih Berri enters on the line of compromising MP
Mustapha Saad with MP Bahiya Hariri, where both are of
principle figures of the list of "Resistance and
Development" headed by President Berri, and supported
by both Amal and Hezbollah.

Bahiya Hariri calls for a dense participation in the
elections, saying that the understanding between President
Berri and her Brother, President Hariri, is at its peak, not
electorally, but as a political alliance.
Elias
Abou Rizk, Chief of General Workers' Confederation, held
with Communist Saadallah Mazraani, a press conference in
Achrafieh, in the Editors' Syndicate office, calling the
Southerners to refuse confiscating their decision, after
they themselves refused occupation. Both are working on
establishing the list of "Reform and Change",
which might include 5 Chiites, one Druze, one Maronite, one
Orthodox and one Sunni.

Imad Amin apologizes for not being nominated, saying,
"We are living in a crucial period."
Zahrani
Riad Al Asaad calls for strengthening the State of
Establishments. This was expressed during a night meeting
with his supporters.

Mohammad Abdul Hamid Baydoun says, "The political life
is ruled by the sectarian mentality".
Hussein
Zainab visits Nabatieh and Saida, talking to their leading
figures, and calling to be qualified with responsibility.
Attorney
Majed Fiyyad tripped in Tyre City and the villages of its
Casa, meeting their families and youths.
President
Salim Hoss expresses his satisfaction towards the track of
the elections, describing the electoral battle as the most
savage and dirtiest in Lebanon's history. This list uses
Liban Post through a Contract, President Hoss said, as he
received a delegate of the "Popular Conference".
President
Rafic Hariri praises of the results in the Mountain and
North, saying that the elections would change the current of
events, and would put the country on the proper way. His
Dignity list members had arranged a festival of crowdy
audience in Achrafieh, in which he had a speech. He says,
"These elections are going to draw the lines of the
coming stage". He also accepted a lunch invitation by
Hajj Tabech.
Mufti
of the Lebanese Republic Mohammad Rachid Kabbani receives
the members of the list of "Patriotic Work", where
candidate Ahmad Tabbara talked in its name, describing
Beirut as a distinguished city.

Tammam Salam urged people to give their procurement to those
who really deserve such trust, and who represent them,
warning of giving such procurement haphazardly, as that
might lead to unknown consequences. He pronounced his speech
during popular conventions in Aramoun and Beirut, attended
by his list "Patriotic Accord" members.
Nasser
Kandil had his trips over the southern villages in Lebanon,
speaking of his electoral program and the electoral
situation.

Bechara Merhej visited Achrafieh meeting many of its
families and saying that Future Lebanon refuses the statico
in the economical status, as the Parliament now is in need
of members who control the work of the governments.

Michel Pharaon visited Beirut Port and was received by Chief
Dr. Bechara Asmar, and Hussein Zeaiter, as he reviewed with
them the situation of the workers in the Port.

of the Union of Social Councils and Bonds Adnan Darwich made

coming elections on Sunday.

"We have to stand as one to face the settlement of the
Palestinians in Lebanon."

Achkar continues his conventions so as to prepare himself
for the elections on September 3, meeting popular delegates
from Mazraa, Tarik Jdideh, Achrafieh, Saifi and Mazraa.

Assi affirmed after his dense visits to families of Kobaissi,
Farhat, Naccache, Ramadan and Assi, etc. that his title for
the next stage is to fix the social justice in addition to
that of living and economical one.
