• The medias followed-up attentively the visit paid by Hezbollah General Secretary Sayyed Hasan Nassrallah to the Republic Palace, and the extreme hospitality expressed by President of the Republic Major General Emile Lahhoud, which revealed the existence of progressed relationship between the State and the Resistance, reaching such official level since the latter's establishment, and when Lahhoud was Army Leader.

• The medias noticed also the statico that prevails now across the international border, considering the non-treatment of the Israeli penetrations up to this moment, in addition to the instability that the Southern part of Lebanon lives due to non deploying the International Troops and the Lebanese Security Forces, and feared of leaving the situation immobile as such, so as to establish a state that varies between no-peace and no-war.

• Future newspaper mentioned that a Cellular Phone Company, out of the two present available Companies, blocked an amount of US$. ten million as attorney expenses to start the lawsuit held by this company to the Chamber of International Arbitration. This newspaper published a report of the border village of Kfarkila, under the title "Lying between the Israeli Hammer and the Anvil of Nature Futile", pointing to the Israeli aggressions that occurred on ground, by sweeping the soil, robbing it, and changing the geography of the area.

• An-nahar noticed that the limited conviction on the aggression on the four Jordanian Syndicate members, in Lebanon and Jordan, means the existence of an international status that avoids supporting a party against another. An-nahar viewed that the absence of conviction in itself forms an additional pressure to hurry the paces for fixing tranquility in the South by granting this situation the ultimate attention. It warned of the ascending disturbances on the border, which complicate the matter, and lead to bigger incidents that might overturn this calmness. It said also that citizens in liberated Marjeyoun were astonished by the return of the government through imposing the payments of electricity submissions, as they received ultimatums in that concern. • Ad-diyar said that Nassrallah chose "the Gateway of the Republic Palace" to enter powerfully the interior life field. This newspaper mentioned that this visit is a start for a wider alliance that includes Presidents, Berri and Hoss. Regarding the electoral domain, Ad-diyar said that two MP's, one Beiruti and the other from Bekaa, are working on persuading MP Najah Wakim to nominate to Beirut 2 nd District, avoiding a breaking bones battle regarding the two Orthodox seats in Beirut, according to advises heard by the two aforesaid MP's.
