• On Terry Larsen's sight, the Israeli warplanes bombarded Lebanese civil establishments, by the direct order taken by Ehud Barak, who had headed before a smaller ministerial meeting, in which disputes aroused against such bombardment decision, from three ministers who explained that this may cause influence on the withdrawal manner.

• The warplanes aimed in bombarding, early this morning, the two power stations in Psaleem, and Beddawi, in addition to other civil purposes in Baalbeck and the International Bekaa Road, in Teenayel.

• This bombardment took place as a result of 40 Katyoshia missiles shot by the Resistance on four Israeli cantons, in Al Jalil Finger. They were a reaction against the aggressions on Lebanese civilians in the South, that resulted in the death of 2 women in Kottrani, and the injury of 12, among them a baby, in Habbouch.

• According to the opinions expressed by those who follow such situation, the Israeli government perceives the fact that any aggression will be followed by a Resistance reaction, but, it deliberately planned to push the Resistance to use the Katyoshia in order to portray the truth within the problem of security motives connected with their unilateral withdrawal, and to veil the lights away from seeking an exit towards finding way to continue the peace process on all tracks.

• The Lebanese-International discussions continue today, in its third meeting, between Presidents, Lahhoud and Hoss, and Larsen. Lebanon refused the 7 conditions proposed by Larsen securing the Israeli unilateral withdrawal. The UN's conditions spoke about forming a common tri-military committee with Israel that replaces the past Truce Committee, and needs the Lebanese approval.

• The issue of Shebaa Farms is still outstanding unsolved among the other issues in these discussions. This reveals the idea that the International party still stands on in not considering the Farms as included in their available maps. Although President Nabih Berri submitted maps and documents confirming the Lebanese ownership of such territories before the existence of Israel, and he insisted on the 10,425 square kilometers area, because, in excluding these farms the area of Lebanon is minimized to 10,200 square kilometers.

• These developments were accompanied with the ending of the talks between the three Syrian, Egyptian and Saudi, Ministers of Foreign Affairs, who supported the Syrian Lebanese stand, and the UNIFIL role in the South.

• On the other hand, the Mount Lebanon Supreme Judgement Council set free the member of the Parliament, Habib Hakim, against a bale of LL.20 million. Mr. Hakim was on trial for being accused of forfeiting a report of casualties resulted from a Garbage Factory in Bourj Hammoud, and the embezzlement of Public Money. This unfortified member of the Parliament is transferred today from Al Hayat Hospital to Jesuit Heart Hospital in Hazmieh, to continue medical tests in his head.
